Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After 2 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order may already be processed for dispatch.

To request cancellation:
Email us at support@amberjewellers.com with your Order ID.

Refund for eligible cancellations (if within allowed time) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
